Student & Snake lover

I am very interested in snakes. Most people hate snakes and are disgusted by this thought. There are many reasons for that. One, its in our DNA. We Homo Sapiens evolved to have fear of deadly animals like snakes and spiders. In fact, arachnophobia, the fear of spiders, is the most common phobia in the world. There are many studies that prove this. Second, some of us are raised believing that snakes are dangerous. For a long time, I also feared snakes until I learned the truth. Of course venomous snakes kill many of us, but we kill more of them! They usually bite us if we hurt them or they feel threatened. A venomous snake doesn't want to eat us or waste their venom in killing a harmless being. A non venomous snake like an African Rock Python may want to eat a toddler if, 1. Its starving to death, 2. The child is alone and no one is near he child within 10 metres of vicinity
